Nel mio recente viaggio in Normandia, a Caen, ho scoperto un posto veramente molto carino dove ho mangiato un piatto meraviglioso di frutti di mare freschissimi!
Questo ristorantino è davvero molto piccolo e si trova davanti al porto. Ha un arredamento moderno di ispirazione un po' nordica con pannelli di legno chiaro scandinavo e, come si può vedere dalle ostriche esposte all'ingresso, ha prodotti freschissimi e di prima qualità.
Purtroppo mi sono dimenticata di fotografare il menù, ma ci sono diverse possibilità e diversi tipi di ostriche da gustare. Insieme a mio padre abbiamo ordinato un piatto misto con granchio, scampi, gamberi, lumache di mare e ostriche e ci siamo presi anche qualche ostrica in più di un tipo diverso giusto per provare. Io purtroppo non sono così esperta di ostriche da consigliarvi quali siano le migliori. A me fino ad ora sono sempre piaciute tutte. L'unica differenza che ho trovato è che qualche tipo è un po' più dolce rispetto ad altri.
Beh... Per tutti gli amanti del coquillage... Questo piatto parla da solo. Godetevi il mio filmato! ;)

In my recent trip to Normandy, in Caen, I found a really nice place where I ate a wonderful plate of the freshest seafood!
This restaurant is very small and is located near the harbor. Its style is modern and with nordic inspiration with light Scandinavian wood paneling and, as you can see from the exposed oysters at the entrance, it has the freshest ingredients and top quality.
Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture at the menu, but there are several options and different types of oysters to try. Together with my father we ordered a mixed plate with crab, shrimps, prawns, sea snails and oysters, and we also took some more oyster of a different kind just to try. I unfortunately am not so expert about which oysters are the best. I have always enjoyed them all. The only difference I found is that some of types are sweeter than others.
