"La Perla del Gusto", Livorno

A Livorno ho scoperto, così per caso, un altro posticino del mio cuore :)

Vicino al Lungomare, un piccolo bar/ristorante che si chiama "La Perla del Gusto"... Ed è proprio vero... Chi se l'aspettava di mangiare così nel primo posto scelto a caso, velocemente, giusto per mangiare qualcosa???

Pur essendo già iniziato Dicembre abbiamo trovato una splendida giornata di sole e ci siamo messi all'aperto.

Io e mia mamma abbiamo preso le cozze marinate. Fresche di giornata, piene, buonissime!

Mio papà invece ha preso un piatto di tagliolini allo scoglio "incaciuccati", cioè con anche il sugo del caciucco, piatto tipico toscano a base di pesce. Credo che questo piatto parli per se... Basta guardare la foto per sentire l'odore degli scempi e delle cicale di mare!!!

La ciliegina sulla torta???????? Avere il lungomare subito davanti e godersi un po' di questo sole invernale ammirando il mare azzurro. Più di così... Io non so cosa si possa volere!

In Livorno I discovered by chance, another niche of my heart :)

Near the Promenade, a small bar / restaurant called "La Perla del Gusto"... And onestly... Who expected to eat so well in the first place chosen randomly, quickly, just to eat something??? Although December was already started, we found a beautiful sunny day and we decided to stay outdoors.

My mom and I ate the marinated mussels. Fresh daily, full, so good! My dad instead took a plate of tagliolini with seafood "incaciuccati", that is, with even some caciucco, typical Tuscan seafood dish. I think this dish speaks for itself ... Just look at the photo and the smell of the prawns and the squills!!!

Cherry on the top???????? Having the sea just ahead and enjoy this winter sun overlooking the blue sea. More than that... I don't know what you could want!
